… provision of services is divided into two phases. Phase 1 includes in particular the preparation of the MODULARIS as a SOLAS vessel for use as a research platform, the creation of SMM and PMS, assistance in the preparation of the compliant ship crew and original equipment. With the delivery of MODULARIS by the shipyard to DLR, phase 2 begins, in which the contractor, as a registered managing company, ensures the management and safe operation of the technology platform until the end of the contract period.
