… particular in the areas of project management and controlling, budget and resource management, risk and escalation management, stakeholder and committee management, meeting and workshop organisation, project planning and implementation management, project documentation and reporting, operation and further development of PMO tools as well as process and interface management. The service is provided in a complex multi-project environment with the participation of all four German transmission system operators and a large number of project committees, sub-projects and stakeholders. Contractual partner and beneficiary Contractual partner of the tendered contract is exclusively TenneT TSO GmbH. Beneficiaries within the meaning of § 328 BGB will also be the following transmission system operators: 50Hertz Transmission GmbH, Amprion GmbH, TransnetBW GmbH. These are also entitled to use services from this contract. The Contractor may raise any objections or objections arising from this contract with both the Contracting Authority and the Beneficiaries.
