Therefore, RNA-seq services are necessary to obtain a global and undirected picture of the transcriptomic profile of cell lines, reducing dependence on individual testing of molecular targets and allowing for a more efficient use of experimental resources. The results obtained will contribute to substantiating research hypotheses, identifying molecular targets of interest and increasing the robustness and relevance of scientific conclusions.
