EU No L111 of 8.4.2022, p. 1). 7. Where the Contractors jointly apply for the award of a contract, the Contracting Authority shall examine whether there are grounds for exclusion in respect of each of those Contractors. 8. If the Contractor intends to subcontract part of the contract to a Subcontractor, the Contracting Authority shall examine whether the Subcontractor is subject to the exclusion grounds provided for in respect of the Contractor. Before selecting the most advantageous tender, the Contracting Authority shall request the Contractor whose tender has been ranked the highest to submit within a specified period, which shall not be less than 10 days, valid on the date of submission of the subjective evidence:1) no grounds for exclusion: a) information from the National Criminal Register within the scope of Art. points 1, 2 and 4 of the Public Procurement Act, drawn up not earlier than 6 months before its submission; b)Contractors, within the scope of Art. 1 point 5 of the PPL Act, on the lack of belonging to the same capital group within the meaning of the Competition and Consumer Protection Act of 16 February 2007, with another Contractor who submitted a separate tender or statements on belonging to the same capital group together with documents or information confirming the preparation of the tender independently of another Contractor belonging to the same capital group; the declaration must be drawn up on a form in accordance with Annex 5 to the ToR; c) statements regarding the timeliness of the information contained in the ESPD form, drawn up on a form with the content in accordance with Annex 9 to the EWS. The subject of the order is the supply of high-performance computer sets and monitors dedicated to advanced scientific calculations, data analysis, machine learning and molecular visualization. The equipment is intended for the implementation of didactic and scientific tasks using software for quantum-mechanical chemistry, modeling of crystallographic and crystallochemical systems, molecular dynamics and protein analysis and docking. The contracting authority provides for optional contracts on the terms set out in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3 to the tender specifications.
