The terms and conditions relating to the performance of the contract are set out in the model contract, which is attached as Annex 22 to the ToR and is published on the website of the procedure. 2.6. In accordance with Article 139 of the Act, the contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make a qualitative selection of the economic operator whose tender will be ranked the highest as regards the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 2.7. The contractor will be bound by its tender until 31 December 2026 2.8. Communication in the procedure, with the exception of the submission of tenders/requests to participate, is carried out electronically via the communication forms available in the ‘Forms’ tab (‘Communication forms’). The ‘Communication Forms’ are used, in particular, to transmit summonses and notices, to ask questions and to answer questions. The communication forms also allow you to attach an attachment to the message you are sending ("add attachment" button). All messages sent and received by the contractor in the proceedings are visible after logging in in the preview of the proceedings in the "Communication" tab. 2.8.1 The maximum size of files sent via "Communication Forms" is 150 MB (this size applies to files sent as attachments to one form). 2.8.2. The minimum technical requirements for the equipment used to use the services of the eProcurement Platform and information on connection specifications are set out in the Terms and Conditions of the eProcurement Platform. 2.8.3.
