… of the contract is 3000 Mg, subject to the option. 5. The Ordering Party allows a deviation of - 30% from the specified amount of waste at the same time provides for the right of option by increasing the basic order by 20% of the amount of waste. Details of the exercise of the option right shall be set out in the model contract. 6. The transfer of waste will take place from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 18:00. 7. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 6 to the ToR – OPZ.
