… design of outdoor paved and unpaved areas, the planting of greenery and the solution of the connection of the building to transport and technical infrastructure. The home for the elderly will be located in the northern part of the central development of the village, on land in sloping terrain in connection with the existing social care complex. The building is designed as three interconnected masses situated along the contour line, connected by a central communication object, which ensures barrier-free connection of all floors with elevators and staircases. The 1st floor will be used exclusively by employees. There will be administrative facilities, cloakrooms, day rooms, kitchen, laundry, warehouses, technical facilities, covered parking spaces and a waste management facility. Part of the building A will be a separately accessible space for small services usable by clients and the public. The 2nd floor is the main entrance level for clients and visitors. There will be an entrance foyer and a connection to short-term parking spaces. At this level will be located client rooms in buildings A and B (with balconies), common dining rooms with kitchens, library, games room and workplace of social workers, physiotherapy and rehabilitation. An underground car park for employees will be located in building C. The 3rd floor includes the largest part of the accommodation capacities as well as the main facilities of the medical and caring staff. It includes a chapel and a farewell room. The rooms are complemented by dining rooms, libraries and guest rooms. This level includes a residential courtyard with outdoor equipment (gazebo, planting, exercise elements, raised beds). The 4th and 5th floors are only part of building C and contain single rooms, some of which have balconies or access to the garden. The upper floors include study rooms and smaller operational facilities. In this part, the communication object has the form of a glass superstructure. The design will also include the location of the WWTP with infiltration, as the village of Jesenec is not connected to the sewage system. Parking areas will be designed at several height levels in the range corresponding to the applicable regulations. Individual objects will be connected by connecting corridors. The project will include an analysis of operating costs, with a variant solution of energy sources and energy intensity influenced by the technical solution of the pavilion. The analysis will result in 3 variants of investment vs. operating costs, with a 10-year perspective (‘Operating Cost Analysis’). The documentation will include all professional parts, especially ZTI, heating, cooling, MR, HVAC, low-voltage, wiring, interior equipment, medical technologies and their distribution, machinery, rainwater management and their reuse, installation design of PV panels and design of color and material solutions of all internal and external surfaces. The documentation will also address modifications to existing outdoor paved areas and the connection of the building to transport and technical infrastructure. The basis for the elaboration of the project documentation is the architectural study "Home for the elderly Jesenec – construction of a new building" prepared by Ing. arch. Jiří Markevič, ID: 88256367 and Ing. Arch. Vendula Markevičová, Ph.D., IČO: 75590905, Public Atelier, Peace Square 7, 748 01 Hlučín. Project documentation in all stages will be frompraco
