What the buyer is looking for
The assignment concerns the preventive maintenance and possible repair of laboratory drawers on the various campuses of the University of Antwerp. The aim is to make the draw boxes function safely, correctly and in accordance with their design. In addition to regular maintenance, a number of common repairs and replacements of components are also provided as separate items. We try to apply the maintenance for these draw boxes with a certain frequency in the future. We program maintenance in our planon management program as follows: an external specialisation audit and maintenance every 5 years, and an internal smaller audit every year. In this assignment we only ask 1x the 5-yearly professional check. After this maintenance movement by this contractor, the 5-yearly assignment will be further taken up by a large framework contract techniques that is in preparation at the UA Department of Infrastructure.
