Tasks include: • Guarding the area and its assets, controlling passenger and freight traffic, registering vehicles • Ensures safe and uninterrupted customer traffic, monitors the movement of customers and visitors within the building, applies coercive measures if necessary • Regular visits to the building and the property belonging to it • Monitors the technical equipment of the building - fire alarm system, boiler, water and other piping systems, registers its signals, initiates, reports, registers and manages measures • Inspects the internal control of the building, checks the closedness of doors, windows, offices, turns off electrical consumers, monitors and monitors the permissions of occupants, and monitors the technical protection of the building • Prevents unauthorized intrusions to the area of the building, primarily participates in the elimination of damage caused by natural disasters, reports on exceptional cases • Inspects the external and internal order of the building, immediately intervenes in the elimination of the detected event, if necessary, ensures the location until the arrival of the representative of the Customer or the authority. Within 15 days of the entry into force of the contract, the contractor to whom the contract is to be awarded shall draw up a guard order and provide it to the contracting authority in a certified manner.
