What the buyer is looking for
The 4 modules of the eTraceLine software, which is part of the IIR system, are used by the National Blood Transfusion Service (OVSz for short). Services to be procured: • software support • operation • user support for 48 months. The language of official written communication shall be English. The language of the telephone error report is Hungarian. Technical documents (specifications, user descriptions, operating manuals, etc.) and other documents (offer, order, proof of performance, etc.) are two-column documents in English and Hungarian. Monthly flat-rate support services are procured, as well as tasks that can be called up with ad hoc orders (human days) from a time frame. … and control of other software to ensure the operation of modules and interfaces. • Correction of errors due to failure of other software or hardware • Improvement of modules and their interfaces. The source code of the improvements shall be deposited by the Supplier with a lawyer and shall provide access to the Customer. • Supporting the version change of modules and interfaces (preparation and contribution to implementation) • Preparing and contributing to data migration • Contributing to the commissioning, repairing and replacement of the Infrastructure to ensure the functionality of modules and interfaces. • Installing manufacturer software patches and patches released for the virtualization environment used. • Installing vendor software patches and patches for the Oracle Linux operating system, updating the operating system version. • Installing vendor software patches, patches, and software version updates released for Oracle DB Server software. • Installing vendor software patches, patches, and software version updates for Oracle WebLogic Server. The OVSZ intends to use the services for all the tasks to be performed on the 10th working day following the conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than 28 January 2027, for a period of 48 months. Its peculiar parts contain a description of each module. Special Part I: Technical description of the transfusiology module and interfaces of the eTraceLine Software, which is part of the Professional Integrated Informatics System (IIR) of the National Blood Service. Special Part II: Technical description of the transplant module and interfaces of the eTraceLine Software, which is part of the Professional Integrated Informatics System (IIR) of the National Blood Service. Special Part III: Technical description of the immunogenetic module and interfaces of the eTraceLine Software, which is part of the Professional Integrated Informatics System (IIR) of the National Blood Service. Special Part IV: Technical description of the OEP/CT module and interface of the eTrace Line Software, which is part of the Professional Integrated Information System (IIR) of the National Blood Service.
