The contractor may submit a tender for one or more lots, but the tender must cover the entire subject-matter of the contract within the lot. 9. The Ordering Party does not provide for the submission of an offer in the form of electronic catalogues. 10. The Ordering Party does not provide for settlements in foreign currencies. 11. The contracting authority does not conduct proceedings with a view to concluding a framework agreement. 12. The contracting authority does not provide for an electronic auction. 13. The contracting authority does not provide for the reimbursement of costs in the proceedings. 16. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the right to apply for the contract only by the Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Act (including sheltered workshops, social cooperatives, etc.). 13. The contracting authority does not specify additional requirements related to the performance of the contract in the field of employment referred to in Article 96 of the Public Procurement Act. 14. The contracting authority does not allow variants to be submitted. 15.
