… and handling of mixed concrete waste, brick debris, waste ceramics and items of equipment other than those mentioned in 17 01 06 – code 17 01 07, ranging from 50 Mg to 100 Mg; Part VII – Collection, transport and handling of waste from street and square cleaning – code 20 03 03, ranging from 300 Mg to 1 200 Mg. The quantities of waste indicated are estimated. The lower limit of the range determines the minimum scope of the contract and the upper limit determines the maximum scope of the contract in a given lot. The actual amount of waste delivered will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party, and the Contractor's remuneration will be determined as the product of the actual weight of waste collected and managed and the unit price for 1 Mg. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims for failure to perform the order to the extent exceeding the minimum scope.2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex 7 to the ToR. Detailed terms of performance of the contract are set out in the model contract, common to all parts of the contract, constituting Annex 6 to the tender specification. The contract is concluded separately for each part of the contract – only the item § 2 sec. 4 for the part concerned and the provisions marked ‘Only for Part I’ (§ 3 para. 5, § 14 and § 15 of the model contract) shall apply only in the contract for Part I.3. The Contractor is obliged to collect waste from the Customer's collection points: in Krzyżówka, Radziejowice – waste codes 20 03 01, 20 02 01, 15 01 01, 15 01 06, 20 03 07 and 17 01 07, and in Żyrardów at ul. Pure 5 – waste code 20 03 03. Collection will take place from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 14:00 (excluding public holidays), after prior notification of demand by the Ordering Party by phone or e-mail: in case of notification by 1 p.m. 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. 2 p.m. on the next working day and, in the case of an application, after 1 p.m. 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. 14:00 on the second working day following the day of application. Loading of waste is carried out by means and at the expense of the Ordering Party; the Contractor's vehicle is weighed before and after loading on the Ordering Party's legalized scale, and the transport is recorded in BDO.4. The contractor is obliged to ensure that waste is managed in an installation (installations) with current permits required by law, in such a way as to achieve the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling specified in § 4 sec. 6 of the model contract and not exceeding the level of storage specified in § 4 sec. 7 of the model contract.
