Collection and transport of municipal waste from inhabited properties and selected public facilities from the Witnica Commune to the municipal installation.

… on behalf of and for the benefit of the Municipal Culture Centre in Witnica, as a contracting authority authorised pursuant to Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and agreements on joint conduct of proceedings. The services relating to the facilities of the Municipality of Witnica and the Municipal House of Culture referred to above are not financed by the municipal waste management fee. 1.2. The collection will cover municipal waste collected in a selective manner, divided into fractions: a. unsorted (mixed); b. Paper; c. Plastics, including composite packaging and metal; d. Glass; e. Biodegradable waste; f. problem waste; g. Christmas trees displayed after Christmas next to containers or shelters for containers; h. medicines collected in containers placed in pharmacy points in the City and Commune of Witnica. 1.3. Collection of municipal waste and provision of containers for the above-mentioned waste from selected uninhabited properties (municipal organizational units, public facilities and cultural institutions). An exhaustive, harmonised and definitive list of these establishments can be found in Annex 2 to the ToR – Description of the subject-matter of the contract (in Part B). The Contractor provides the service to the Ordering Party (the Municipality of Witnica), which is the only one confirming the performance of the service on the basis of collective reports and Waste Transfer Cards (KPO/KPOK). 1.4. Provide bags for separate waste collection. 1.5. Waste collection from a separate waste collection point enabling the owners of residential properties to hand over the waste referred to in point 1 free of charge. The point is located in the municipality of Witnica in the town of Białczyk at a distance of no more than 3 km from the City Hall and the Municipality of Witnica. The contractor will equip the separate waste collection point with the necessary equipment for loading waste and containers. Detailed rules for maintaining cleanliness and order and frequency of municipal waste collection are set out in the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Witnica Commune (hereinafter: Regulations) and the resolution of the City Council in Witnica on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners, in the version in force during the contract implementation period. At the date of the opening of proceedings, the following shall apply: Resolution No LXXI/941/2023 of 27 April 2023 (Journal Urz. War.
