… accordance with Resolution No XVIII/158/2025 of 25.11.2025 on setting prices for public transport transport services within the scope of the task (Annex 8 to the ToR). 4. All vehicles intended for the task should be equipped with a geolocation system. 5. The contracting authority requires at least 4 vehicles: a) a minimum of 1 vehicle (low-floor) – a bus that will carry out the order, with a number of at least 14 seats (year of production of the vehicle min. 2019); b) minimum 3 vehicles (low-floor) – buses that will be used for the contract, with at least 19 seats (year of production of the vehicle min. 2019); 6. The contractor is obliged to adjust the number and size of vehicles to passenger flows, in particular during peak hours. 7. Throughout the performance of the contract, the contractor must hold a current licence to engage in national road transport or a current authorisation to engage in the occupation of road transport operator. 8. The Contractor is obliged to report the number of passengers transported on a quarterly basis 9. In accordance with Article 433(4) of the Public Procurement Act, during the performance of this contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the number of vehicle-kilometres by up to 10% compared to the amount specified in the tender form.
