… Party. The change in the amount of waste results in a change in the final remuneration of the Contractor. Failure to perform the entire scope of the contract may not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Ordering Party. 5. Waste sent for management will be transported by the Contractor at his expense. The Contractor will be obliged to collect waste from the Ordering Party on working days from 7:00 to 12:00, these are the hours of operation of the Municipal Installation in Starów. 6. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of carrying out an on-site visit to the premises of the Municipal Installation in Starów, Sławno, at the written request of the Contractor, in order to obtain any data that may be useful for the preparation of the tender. 7. In order to arrange an on-site visit to the Municipal Installation in Starów, Sławno, please contact Mr Marcin Zasada, tel. 59 810 30 41. 8. At the same time, the contracting authority informs that the local inspection does not constitute a binding element of the ToR within the meaning of Article 131(2) of the Public Procurement Act. The cost of the on-site visit shall be borne by the Contractor.
