… bio-waste, (g) hazardous waste (excluding waste containing asbestos), (h) expired medicines and chemicals, (i) waste ineligible for household medical waste arising from the reception of medicinal products in the form of injection and monitoring of blood levels of substances, in particular needles and syringes, (j) waste batteries and accumulators, (k) waste electrical and electronic equipment, (l) furniture and other bulky waste, (m) waste tyres, (n) textiles and clothing, (o) wood, (p) ashes from household hearths, (q) construction and demolition waste from households. 4) Establishment and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the city of Biłgoraj, reception, collection and management of inhabited municipal waste provided by residents or managers. PSZOK will be a place of collection and temporary storage. Waste collected at PSZOK will be transferred to a waste recovery or disposal facility in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management methods referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587 as amended). 5) Organize a touring collection of furniture waste and other bulky waste, metals, used electrical and electronic equipment, used tires from passenger cars, textiles and clothing, chemicals and chemical packaging, engine oils, food fats, wood, twice a year in the city of Biłgoraj. In addition, in January 2027 (by the date agreed with the contracting authority) the collection, transport and handling of Christmas trees issued after the holiday period from residential properties – bio-waste. Waste collected during on-road collection should be treated as separately collected municipal waste. 6) Establishment and operation of a Resident Service Office in the city of Biłgoraj, from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:00, which will receive complaints from residents, issue bags for selective waste collection and carry out information and educational activities (information and educational leaflets, stickers for containers, distribution of waste export schedule). The selected Contractor will indicate the location of the Resident Service Office before signing the contract in accordance with Annex 4 to the draft contract. 2. The service also includes: 1) equipping multi-family residential property with containers intended for the separate collection of municipal waste: paper, (b) metal and plastics, (c) ash, (d) glass, (e) bio-waste; 2) equipping owners of single-family properties on which residents live with containers for separate collection of municipal waste: (a) glass, (b) bio-waste; 3) equipping owners of single-family properties on which residents live with waste bags for separate collection of municipal waste: metal and plastics, (b) paper, (c) ash; 4) containers and bags intended for waste collection
