… Management Plan of the Małopolska Province, the applicable provisions of local law, i.e. resolutions of the Bolesław Municipal Council on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Bolesław and on the detailed manner and scope of providing services for the collection of municipal waste from property owners and the management of such waste, in return for a fee paid by the property owner for the management of municipal waste.
