… replacement products to be offered in the following order: 1. RSM S 26 N + 3% S – Basic product. 2. RSM 28 N + 5% S – replacement of the first choice. 3. RSM 32 – second choice replacement, only acceptable if items 1 and 2 are not available. The Contractor is obliged to maintain the order indicated. The use of a lower priority product is only acceptable if a higher priority product is not available. The fertiliser delivered must meet the requirements of the legislation in force concerning the placing on the market and use of fertilisers and be accompanied by the manufacturer's documentation specifying its composition and quality parameters. The ordering party is a taxable person for agricultural tax and will use the ordered product for its own needs.
