Furthermore, a large-format direct view LED wall including substructure, control and signaling technology, fiber optic transmission, calibration as well as necessary replacement and retention components must be delivered and fully integrated into the overall system. The media equipment includes professional displays, AV-over-IP signal transmission, central audio/video and media control with touch panel operation, presentation and conference technology, PTZ cameras with automated person and speaker tracking, a professional projection system with projector, projector lift and motor screen, as well as the necessary network, rack, power supply and connection infrastructure. The scope of services also includes all necessary connection, signal, control, network and supply lines as well as fastening and assembly materials. The contractor will take over the work and assembly planning, preparation of the necessary specifications, programming and parameterization of the control, audio and video systems, dimensioning and calibration, complete commissioning and functional testing as well as necessary expert approvals. Finally, a complete technical documentation including measurement and test protocols, the handover of project-specific programming and source codes as well as the instruction and training of users and technical support must be provided. The entire system is to be handed over to the client fully functional and ready for operation.
