… integration of persons with disabilities of economic operators whose primary objective is the social and professional integration of disadvantaged persons, or may designate such contracts to be performed in the context of sheltered employment programmes. In case of reservation of participation rights, tenderers must have at least 51% of the persons employed in these workshops, economic operators or programmes are disabled or disadvantaged workers. The contracting entity shall indicate in the contract notice that the reserved contract is to be awarded in accordance with this Article. Economic operators must prove to the Contracting Authority that they meet the conditions by being entered in the relevant register, certified by a competent authority or by any other appropriate means.
