… entities of the co-founder. For the purpose of quality preparation of the public procurement procedure for insurance services, the client hired an insurance intermediary - a broker. The engagement of brokers shall have an advisory and professional role and shall not affect the principles of competition, equal treatment of economic operators and transparency of the public procurement procedure. Final decisions regarding the content of the Tender documentation, the procurement conditions and the conduct of the procedure shall be taken exclusively by the Contracting Authority.
