Donje Vrapče, in Zagreb. It is planned to build a detached building for public and social health purposes, designed as a modern health facility with a compact form with one underground and three above-ground floors (Po+Pr+2). The total construction gross area of the building is approximately 5,830 m2, of which about 1,150 m2 refers to the underground and about 4,680 m2 to the above-ground part of the building. … main entrances and public facilities, while on the upper floors there are offices, waiting rooms and accompanying health facilities. The project envisages connecting the building with the surrounding pedestrian corridors and park areas through covered porches and arranged approaches. The scope of the works includes the execution of all construction, reverse and installation works necessary for the complete completion and putting into operation of the building, including the construction of reinforced concrete structures, architectural and reverse works, thermotechnical installations, heating, cooling and ventilation systems, plumbing and drainage, sprinkler installations, electrical installation of strong and weak currents, fire alarm systems, vertical transport systems, photovoltaic power plants, as well as the execution of exterior design, traffic and parking areas and public lighting. The construction will be connected to the existing municipal infrastructure, with the obligation to perform all necessary connections and comply with the conditions of the competent public law bodies. The project is carried out in accordance with the main project from March 2025, the issued building permit and all applicable laws, regulations and technical regulations in the field of construction, fire safety, occupational safety, energy efficiency and accessibility of persons with reduced mobility. The project documentation for the construction of the building in question was prepared by Bodrožić, Rališ and Friends Ltd., Ulica grada Chicago, Zagreb, and the main designer is Ivan Rališ, Ph.D. ing. arh.
