The maintenance period described in point 2.2.1 of the Contracting Authority's Technical Specification - Annex 1 is up to 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of a notification of secured financing sent by the Contracting Authority and submission by the Contractor of the specified performance guarantee, under the terms of the draft contract. 2. The deadline for delivery of the network equipment described in item 2.2.2 of the Contracting Authority's Technical Specification - Annex 1 is up to 90 (ninety) working days from the date of receipt of a notification of secured financing sent by the Contracting Authority and submission by the Contractor of the specified performance guarantee, under the terms of the draft contract. 3. The duration of the maintenance of the network equipment referred to in point 2.2.1 of the Contracting Authority's Technical Specification - Annex 1 shall be in accordance with the requirements described in Table 1 and Table 2 of the Contracting Authority's Technical Specification - Annex 1. 4. The term of warranty service of the network equipment delivered under item 2.2.2. of the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority - Annex No 1 shall be in accordance with the term proposed by the participant in its tender, starting from the date of delivery, certified in the acceptance and delivery protocol for the delivery of the equipment. ***** In case it is not a manufacturer, the participant in the public procurement should be duly authorized by the manufacturer or his official representative for the right of distribution/delivery of the offered products on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
