What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the procurement is the delivery of two unique (the play equipment offered has not been delivered elsewhere) play equipment installed in the City of Lappeenranta. The play equipment to be purchased comes to Lappeenranta in the harbour area. The theme of the first play equipment is "Horse" and the theme of the second play equipment is "Linna". The equipment must fit in the space reservation areas specified in the invitation to tender, with all its components and drop-off platforms. The call for tenders seeks two unique play equipment that is suitable for the environment and takes different age groups into account. The play equipment must also be compatible with each other in appearance. The tendering procedure takes the form of a reverse tendering procedure, i.e. a French contract. In reverse tendering, the maximum purchase price is defined in advance, i.e. prices do not…

The contract period begins as soon as possible after the procurement decision has become final. The contract shall begin at the earliest when the contract has been signed by both parties.
