The demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 is: 1 239 763 kWh of the basic contract. 2. The detailed scope of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR, in accordance with the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997. The other conditions relating to the performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the contract for the sale of electricity – Annex 2 to the ToR. … laid down in the Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 9 September 2023 amending the Regulation on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settling bills in electricity trading, the Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 22 March 2023 on detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system. The above provisions concern the method of calculation, settlement and quality parameters of supplied electricity. 3. The requirements (obligations) imposed on the Contractor are described in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 2 to the ToR. The Contracting Authority shall grant a power of attorney to the Contractor selected in the procedure.
