The expected number and type of correspondence to be sent together with the above-mentioned units of the Municipality in the period from 1 January to 31 December 2027: a) registered shipments sent to the city of Częstochowa (local) up to 500 g, including fixed-term shipments – 292,000 items; b) registered shipments sent outside the city of Częstochowa (off-site) up to 500 g, including fixed-term shipments – 116.792 items; c) shipments sent to the city of Częstochowa (local) unregistered up to 500 g, including timely shipments – 39,420 items; d) shipments sent outside the city of Częstochowa (off-site) unregistered up to 500 g, including timely shipments – 11.170 items; e) confirmation of receipt of the shipment sent to the city of Częstochowa (local), including confirmation of receipt for fixed-term shipments – 266.350 items; f) confirmation of receipt of the consignment sent outside the city of Częstochowa (off-site), including confirmation of receipt for fixed-term shipments – 109,242 items; g) foreign consignments registered up to 50 g to Europe – 1.230 items; h) unaddressed prints on the territory of the city of Częstochowa up to 20 g - as needed; i) domestic and foreign courier shipments - as needed; (j) postal parcels, as required; k) return of registered items Format S up to 500g after exhaustion of the possibility of their delivery to addressees - without ZPO - as needed; l) return of registered items Format S up to 500g after exhaustion of the possibility of their delivery to the addressees - from the ZPO - as needed. The subject of the contract is the provision of postal services to 6 units of the Municipality of Częstochowa in 2027. POC SWZ: 4.1.
