1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of Christmas vouchers from the funds of the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS) for employees of the Institute of National Remembrance. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms and Conditions of the Order, hereinafter referred to in short as the Terms and Conditions. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option, in accordance with Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in increasing the number of vouchers by 255 pieces, which will not constitute an amendment to the contract. The detailed rules for exercising the right of option are set out in Annexes 2 and 3 to the ToR.
