Capacité technique et professionnelle Le candidat justifie qu’il dispose des capacités à réaliser le marché en fournissant (ainsi que pour tous les cotraitants et pour les sous-traitants auxquels il est fait appel, s’ils souhaitent se prévaloir de leurs capacités) des exemples de prestations exécutées au cours des cinq dernières années, assortie d’attestations de bonne exécution ou une déclaration de l’opérateur économique. Ces attestations indiquent la date et les lieux d’exécution des prestations et précisent s’ils ont été effectués selon les règles de l’art et menés régulièrement à bonne fin. Chaque candidat doit disposer d’une organisation lui permettant de couvrir tout le territoire français (dans un délai de J+1 avant 13h pour la France hexagonale), la Corse (dans un délai de J+2), les DROM-COM et le reste du Monde dans un délai de 9 jours maximum pour les pays les plus éloignés. Chaque candidat doit disposer d’une organisation lui permettant de couvrir les flux internationaux inter pays (exemple Londres-Berlin), et les flux internationaux intra pays (exemple Londres-Manchester). Chaque candidat doit être en conformité avec la régulation de chacun des pays pour lesquels il intervient pour effectuer les transports domestiques (exemple Manchester-Londres).
