… profile. -- The procedure is organised with a first stage of selection of applications by the public service delegation committee set up in accordance with Article L.1411-5 of the CGCT and in accordance with the criteria set out in that article. -- The number of candidates admitted following the procedure is limited to three (3) in accordance with the provisions of Article R.3124-1 of the Public Procurement Code. -- The President of the CCPC will then enter into discussions with the tenderers admitted to submit a tender, before referring the matter to the Community Council pursuant to Article L.1411-5 of the CGCT. -- The intermunicipal aquatic centre was commissioned at the end of 2022. Management has been delegated since that date. The current contract will expire at the end of October 2027
