What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the contract is the organisation, coordination and animation of the town of Loos-en-Gohelle's child and youth schemes: collective receptions of minors 3-12 years old, youth center 11-17 years old and meridian break. · The holiday MCAs meet the PEdT and the following objectives, the detailed expectations of which are set out in the pedagogical project: • ensure high-quality, secure and fulfilling reception: individualised reception, respect for rhythms, diversified and anticipated programming, alternating working and rest periods; • encouraging children's participation and citizenship: regular speaking times, choice of activities, promotion of initiatives; • developing the child's autonomy and skills: space and time for experimentation and initiative; • strengthening the place of families: regular information, participation in key events and outings, consideration of their…

… feedback; • anchoring receptions in the territory: discovery of local resources (mineral heritage, heaps, market gardening, associations), ecological transition actions. · The incumbent organizes a CMA for 3-12 year-olds every Wednesday of the school period, approximately 36 Wednesdays per year, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with reception staggered from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and departure staggered from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The capacity is 36 children. The location is defined with the City based on registrations. The applicable requirements are those of holiday ACMs. For children under 6 years of age, the holder shall implement a suitable organisation: respect for rhythms (quiet time, nap), layout of spaces and furniture, experienced animators with young children, enhanced communication with families. Regarding the meridian break, the incumbent supervises the children of Émile Basly and Ovide Leroy elementary schools (optional for this second school) from the school outing until the return to school, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays outside school holidays, from 11:50 a.m. to 1:50 p.m. The restoration takes place at René Cassin College. The meridian break is a safe educational time, soothed and adapted to the child's rhythm: physical, moral and emotional security, stable benchmarks, attendance control, incident prevention and management, friendly meals, consistency between adults. It remains a real breathing time. · The incumbent is responsible for the management, animation and development of the Youth Centre, intended for young people aged 11 to 17. The Julie Nodot Youth Center (8 Francisco Ferrer Street) is the base. The service is not limited to the opening of equipment: The City expects an educational approach that reaches out to young people where they are, reaches out to those who do not attend the centre, and makes young people actors in local life. The Youth Centre is based on three complementary methods of intervention: • reception at the Youth Centre: place of reception, listening, meeting, activities and information; • out-of-wall intervention: regular presence in public spaces, neighbourhoods and, in particular, the West district, on the outskirts of the college and during municipal events; • project and commitment support: youth projects, stays, mobility, volunteering, citizen participation.
