The object of the service provision is the conclusion of a framework contract with two contractual partners for the supply of chemical surface de-icing agents to ensure winter operation on the flight operations areas of Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH. The service includes the demand-oriented supply of solid and liquid surface de-icing agents to the customer for use on flight operations areas. Delivery is made to Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) at the delivery addresses specified by the client within the security area. Quantities (liquid = 8,500 tonnes / solid = 2,460 tonnes) are estimated quantities. The estimated quantities plus 10% represent the maximum quantities that can be retrieved from the framework agreement. Contracts shall be binding on the two tenderers who, on the basis of the ranking system set out in the invitation to tender, score first and second respectively.
