The tendered services will be divided into the following three lots: - Lot 1: 3,029 overhead line kilometres (line area: Bayern_Süd & Franken) - Lot 2: 3,918 overhead line kilometres (line area: Hessen & Niedersachsen_Ost) - Lot 3: 4,262 overhead line kilometres (line area: Niedersachsen_West & Schleswig-Holstein) Attention: The specified line/circuit lengths correspond to the stock in the respective lot. It would be desirable to thermograph the entire length. However, experience has shown that due to bad weather, lack of capacity or other grid situations, only a shorter cable length can actually be thermographed. The aim of the thermography measurements is to achieve at least 70 % of the line/circuit lengths. A rough overview is provided by the network map enclosed in the tender documents. Providers can apply for individual or (preferably) all lots. The maximum number of lots that can be awarded to a tenderer is limited to two lots. It should be noted that the contract for a lot can only be awarded if a complete team with equipment (staff, aircraft, measuring system) is available for the corresponding lot (i.e. two different teams for two lots). A package discount when awarding two lots is possible and welcome. The award is made from the point of view of overall economic efficiency. Confidentiality Declaration / NDA Access to tender documents is restricted. You will have access to the tender documents after the attached non-disclosure agreement has been signed. In order to protect the confidentiality of information provided by the contracting authority in the procurement documents, a non-disclosure agreement is to be concluded. To do this, use the document "Declaration of Secrets_NDA" provided for download and send the copy you signed via e-mail to [email protected] and [email protected]. Tenderers are allowed to send signed non-disclosure agreements to the contracting authority at any time during the application procedure. The contracting authority will grant the tenderer access to the tender documents after a plausibility check has been carried out. The tenderer cannot yet infer from this that the contracting authority attests that the tenderer is suitable to continue to participate in the tendering procedure. In this respect, the contracting authority will send separate invitations to tender to the tenderers admitted to the tendering procedure after the deadline for submitting requests to participate. ATTENTION! This is a multi-stage tender procedure. Tenders will not be sent until candidates have been selected in accordance with the predefined selection criteria in the competition.
