The subject of procurement is a manual device for Raman spectroscopy in the amount of eighteen (18) pieces, in accordance with the Costs and Technical Specification of the subject of procurement referred to in Annexes Nos 2 and 5 of this Documentation, as well as all other conditions specified in this Documentation. The subject of the procurement to be supplied must satisfy and possess all the licences prescribed by law for use. The tenderer undertakes to make all necessary prior notifications to the competent authorities and to carry out all necessary tests for the safe operation of the subject-matter of the contract. The tenderer is obliged to prove the equivalence of the goods offered if it is allowed to offer equivalent goods.
