In the cases specified in the draft contract (PPU), the deadline for performance of the contract may be changed. 6.The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers. 11.The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 para. 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Act 12.The Ordering Party does not provide for the exercise of the option right. 13. The equipment and software covered by the contract must be released for free circulation and use in the Republic of Poland and meet the relevant requirements set out in POZ 14. The Contracting Authority informs that in accordance with Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, awards contracts in lots, each of which is the subject of a separate procurement procedure. This contract is one of several planned procedures conducted under the open tender procedure for the supply of medical devices in 2026. · The subject of the contract is: 1.Subject of the order: supply, installation and implementation of a digital bone-pulmonary x-ray apparatus with equipment, preparation of a radiological shield design and training of medical and technical staff and provision of a guarantee (24 months - is a criterion for evaluating offers), as well as carrying out adaptation works of the radiological laboratory. The date of completion of the subject of the order - 12 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract. The contracting authority shall require the contractor to indicate whether the equipment supplied is an ICT product.
