… model for serial production issued by the Commander of WOBWSM in Łódź for pilot coveralls model 2010 - WDTT 606B/MON with the date of issue after 12.01.2015; - a certificate of product conformity issued by a certification body (WOBWSM) for: Pilot suit model 606B/MON (pilot suit is subject to the third mode of conformity assessment of products intended for national defence purposes); - a certificate of product conformity issued by a certification body (WOBWSM) for: aramid special fabric (subject to the third mode of conformity assessment of products intended for national defence purposes). The aforementioned means of proof will not be supplemented. In the case of contractors jointly applying for the contract, the said means of proof together with the tender will be required to submit at least one of them. If the Contractor commissions a subcontractor to perform a complete object (PUiW), the requirement to provide the Contracting Authority with the said means of proof, referred to above also applies to this Subcontractor.
