What the buyer is looking for
TenneT, together with the other German transmission system operators, is to provide a common Internet platform for the implementation of the tender for capacities in accordance with the StromVKG and to set up and operate it by 15 October 2027 at the latest. The aim of the tender is to define the framework conditions for the implementation, integration and operation of a secure and scalable software module for conducting auctions and other processes in the German capacity market. Beneficiaries within the meaning of § 328 BGB will also be the following transmission system operators: 50Hertz Transmission GmbH, Amprion GmbH, TransnetBW GmbH. These are also entitled to use services from this contract. The Contractor may raise any objections or objections arising from this contract with both the Contracting Authority and the Beneficiaries.
