… the PV system. The service must be provided by the end of April 2029. On which buildings PV installations are to be built. The Hannover Region will cover the project costs from the preliminary audit to the implementation planning and the preparation of the LV. Subject to budgetary decisions, this project is expected to be available for a gross amount of EUR 200,000 for 2026 to 2028. If the funds provided are exhausted or committed by order, the RH will not be able to award any further contracts to the DL. The contracts will be awarded continuously, whenever all the documents for a building are available and the funds have not yet been exhausted. The RH commissions a DL to carry out a planning, including the implementation planning, and to draw up a list of services. The municipalities undertake to build the planned PV installations by accepting the offer.
