… Republic of Croatia (public authorities and institutions) that can use it by each body or institution as its own system, independently and separated from other users as regards the management of content stored in the system, managing user and user rights at the institution level, managing access rights to content and publishing content. Published content is available in an aggregate catalogue for all system users who have published content. The use of NAIS increases the efficiency of workflows in managing documentary and archival material for those who create material, while for the archival service it brings better accessibility and multiple increases in the range of services provided to citizens and legal persons. The creators of public documentary and archival material are enabled to manage their material in a rational and sustainable way in digital form (originally digital or digitised), to ensure the availability and better usability of information in business processes and to make the information and documentation they create more accessible to other institutions and citizens through the appropriate services of the public archival service.
