What the buyer is looking for
Law 2004-809 of 13 August 2004 gives competence to the Regions for the definition and implementation of the regional vocational training policy for young people and adults looking for a job. This competence has been reaffirmed by the law of 5 March 2014 which extended its scope to persons sub-main of justice, French from abroad, the base of knowledge and professional skills and the coordination of the Regional Public Service of the Orientation.
