… connection of the Contracting Authority and ensuring the intended access facilities for authorised users; - Operation, monitoring, maintenance, updating and troubleshooting of the components to be operated by the Contractor in accordance with the definitions of this Chapter; - backing up and restoring data and ensuring the takeover of operations in the event of the failure of a data centre site; - training, documentation and support during acceptance and transition to normal operation. The contractor coordinates the necessary coordination with the contracting authority, hannIT, Esri and the participating specialist software providers. The responsibilities and obligations to cooperate must be clearly assigned in the course of the project. The timeline for migration, commissioning and acceptance must be completed by 31 March 2027 at the latest. However, the aim is to conclude earlier on 31 January 2027, as an alternative to 28 February 2027. According to the schedule, the contract is expected before Christmas.
