… concrete foundation board with protective fence for equipment accommodation and inspection and rehabilitation of existing steel canopy structure before installation, as well as all other activities necessary for functional and safe use of the power plant, in accordance with the main design and applicable regulations. The subject matter of the procurement includes solar PV technology as a net-zero technology within the meaning of Art. 4(1). Article 25 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1735 therefore applies to this procurement procedure the requirements of Article 25 in relation to the solar PV technology covered by the subject matter of the procurement.Article 25 of that Regulation applies to this technology.
