What the buyer is looking for

For the realization of its production activities and to support its general operation, VRT regularly needs the temporary deployment of display solutions for various applications, including monitoring, directing, presentation, information and audiovisual support in studios, directories, event locations and other production environments. With this contract, VRT aims to conclude framework agreements for the temporary provision, supply, installation, configuration and dismantling of display solutions for which a usual set-up is required. The contract is divided into two lots. Where a specific need includes elements that may fall under different lots of this framework agreement, VRT reserves the right to group them together in the lot relating to the main subject matter of the contract. In doing so, the principle of "substantially follows principally" is applied. The assessment will be based…

… on the functional coherence of the requested solution, as well as the relative technical, operational and financial size of the different parts of the contract. Standard display solutions falling under Lot 1 may be included in a contract within Lot 2 where they are a subordinate part of an integrated display, LED wall or projection solution. In this case, the entire requirement under lot 2 will be requested. Contracts whose principal object is an LED wall, video wall, monitor wall, projection set-up or other complex display configuration shall always be placed under lot 2, even if they include additional standard display solutions.[ · This lot includes the temporary provision of individual displays and display solutions with a limited degree of configuration. These include monitors, displays, televisions, digital information screens, smaller LED screens or projectors that are used independently or in a simple setup. The assignment also includes all necessary accessories, cabling, standards, suspension systems and the usual installation and dismantling. The lot will lead to a framework agreement with several contractors. For each specific need, a mini-competition will be organised between the selected contractors. There is no purchase guarantee · This lot includes the temporary provision of complex display, projection and visualisation solutions with a high degree of configuration. These include video walls, LED walls, monitor walls, projection mappings, multiscreen setups and other integrated screen systems that consist of multiple components and specific technical configurations. The assignment also includes all necessary supporting infrastructure, control, assembly structures, cabling and the usual installation and dismantling.
