Enabel entend autant que possible tenir compte de l’expertise et des spécialisations présentes sur le marché afin de choisir le meilleur prestataire de services possible pour un service déterminé. Le service demandé consiste à concevoir et réaliser des assessment centers (AC) afin de cartographier les compétences de candidat(e)s internes et externs dans le cadre d’une sélection ainsi que de concevoir et réaliser des development centers (DC) afin de cartographier les compétences et le potentiall de candidat(e)s internes dans le cadre d’une réorientation ou d’un trajet de développement. The plus la possibilité doit exister d’évaluer quelques compétences complémentaires lorsqu’un.e candidat.e a déjà passé un assessment ou development center complet (encore valide). Etant donné le caractère international d’Enabel, les prestations (AC et DC) doivent pouvoir être réalisées en présentiel et/ou à distance, en français, néerlandais et anglais.
