… contracting authority shall terminate the contract. Where funding is not provided after the expiry of a period of three months from the conclusion of the contract, either party may request its termination without notice. Where, after the expiry of a period of 10 months from the conclusion of the contract, no financing has been secured, the contract shall be deemed to have been terminated.
