"Construction of a recreation park for sports and recreation in the "Sinchets" area - Stage 1". The scope of the procurement includes the following activities for each site: 1. Exercising construction supervision during construction until the acceptance and commissioning of the constructions subject to this contract, within the mandatory scope regulated in the Spatial Development Act and the secondary legislation on its implementation; 2. Carrying out the functions laid down in Regulation No 2 of 22 March 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety at work when carrying out construction and installation works; 3. Preparation of a final report on the construction in accordance with Article 168(6) of the Spatial Development Act and Regulation No 2 of 31 July 2003 on the commissioning of construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum guarantee periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites, as well as a technical passport for the construction in accordance with Article 176a of the Spatial Development Act and Regulation No 5 of 28.12.2006 on the technical passports for construction works; 4. Management of the commissioning processes until the issuance of a Building Use Permit or a Certificate of commissioning (depending on the category); 5. Carrying responsibility under Art. 7 of the Spatial Development Act until the expiration of the warranty periods for the respective types of construction and installation works. Under the public procurement procedure covering lots 1 to 7 with a residual value of EUR 193 086 exclusive of VAT, tenders shall be submitted only for lots 1 to 7 inclusive. Lots envisaged for award under Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act: Lots: No8, No9, No10, No11, No12, No13. Note. No tenders shall be submitted under items 8 to 13 above. The contract value for each lot is estimated to be equal to the estimated value of the lot.
