… as a garbage truck with diesel engine EURO 6 (or equivalent) category N3, as well as meeting the technical requirements set out in the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles circulating on public roads, including the technical conditions specified in the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 and its implementing acts. On the day of pick-up, the vehicle must be complete, operational, approved for use on public roads in Poland and ready to perform tasks without the need for the Ordering Party to incur additional costs, except for the current costs of fuel and consumables excluded in the tender specifications. A detailed description of the technical parameters, equipment, monitoring and warranty system is contained in Chapter C of the Terms of Reference.
