… ToR. · The subject of the contract is: 1) preparation, delivery, delivery of meals from groceries in appropriate quality and quantity, for one person placed in the Premises Designated for Detainees and in the Guarded Centre for Foreigners of the Oder Border Guard Branch in Krosno Odrzańskie, 66-600 Krosno Odrzańskie ul. Transverse 1 or provided, at a specified daily monetary value, a standard of food 7 days a week for the entire duration of the contract, 3 (three) meals a day (breakfast, two-course lunch and dinner), including at least one hot meal, and beverages (for each meal), taking into account the religious and cultural requirements of the fed persons placed in the Guarded Center; where the state of health so requires, diet or nutrition with products recommended by the doctor, as indicated by the doctor; 2) serving meals three times a day with the required temperature, during the hours specified in the organizational and order regulations of the Guarded Center (except for the Ramadan period referred to in § 2 sec. 28); 3) the possibility of using the kitchen facilities in the Guarded Center in terms of heating, delivery of provided meals; 4) provision of food products in the form of dry provisions (including single-use packaging enabling the consumption of meals, single-use cutlery and single-use pouches) for delivered persons, in accordance with the applicable food standard referred to in § 2 sec. 1; 5. taking and storing food samples and keeping the required HACCP records; 6) comprehensive, ongoing maintenance of cleanliness in the premises made available by the Ordering Party in the Guarded Centre; 7) collection and disposal of post-consumer waste, including packaging and cutlery after meals. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor or a subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing activities forming part of the subject matter of the contract consisting in: preparation of meals, delivery of meals and delivery of meals, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code.
