Участникът следва да е вписан в Регистъра на обектите с обществено предназначение (обществена пералня) към съответната Регионална здравна инспекция (РЗИ) съгласно Закона за здравето и Наредба № 12 от 16.11.2018 г. за здравните изисквания към обществените перални. При участие на чуждестранно лице същото следва да притежава еквивалентен документ и да е вписано в аналогичен регистър съгласно законодателството на държавата членка, в която е установено. При подаване на офертата участникът декларира съответствието си с критерия за подбор, като попълва в ЕЕДОП Част ІV „Критерии за подбор“, раздел А „Годност“, поле „Вписване в съответен професионален регистър“ – посочват се данни за номер и дата на документа за регистрация, издател, обект и вид дейност, за която е регистрирано лицето.
