“Organization and conduct of trainings in foreign languages and dialects for employees of the State Agency “Technical Operations” by lot”

… of the contract under this lot includes the organisation and implementation of face-to-face training in the specific Spanish – Catalan language for 2 DATO employees fluent in Spanish, with a duration of 160 academic hours, divided into 2 levels of training, each of 80 academic hours – 20 hours per week, as well as the provision of accommodation for the trainees, located at a distance of no more than 45 minutes by public transport from the place of training. Training starts at the initial level. Lot 3: "Organizing and conducting trainings in Serbian language". The subject of the public procurement under this lot includes organizing and conducting online training on weekdays in Serbian language of 6 employees of DATO, with a duration of 400 academic hours, divided into 4 levels of training, each 100 academic hours. The training starts from the initial level and is conducted in Bulgarian. The specific activities and requirements for conducting each foreign language training subject to this public procurement under the individual lots are according to the procurement documents attached in the "Parameters" section of the main part of the electronic procurement and item 3.1. of the technical specification under the respective lot attached in the "Parameters" section of each lot of the electronic procurement and include: 1. Providing at least one teacher at each level of training with the necessary professional competence. 2. Providing the necessary training and examination materials for each of the participants. The teaching materials are non-refundable. 3. Development of a training curriculum containing the topics on which the training is carried out, duration of all trainings, distribution by levels and overall implementation period (the curriculum is presented by the participants as an annex to the proposal for the implementation of the contract under the lot). 4. Preparation and submission to the contracting authority of a schedule with a starting date for each level of training and with specified specific hours and days of the week (the schedule is prepared and submitted by the contractor for the lot within 10 working days after signing the contract). 5. Upon completion of the training in each of the levels, issuance of a document for completed training (to be provided by the contractor of the contract under the lot) as follows: Certificate/certificate of proficiency at a level corresponding to the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages of each learner under Lot 1. Certificate/certificate of proficiency in the relevant level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, for each learner under Lots 2 and 3. 6.
