… of capital in Polish zlotys will be made in instalments according to the schedule. The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with information on the amount of interest at least 5 working days before the repayment date, without charging the Ordering Party with costs. 6. Interest will be repaid monthly, by the last day of the month according to the bank's information. Interest will be calculated on the amount of current debt. The last repayment shall take place by 31 December 2031. 7. The date of repayment of the capital instalments and interest shall be the date on which the amount receivable is credited to the Contractor's account. In the event that the repayment date of the loan and interest falls on a Saturday, Sunday of public holidays or public holidays, the repayment date is met when payment takes place on the first working day following these days. 8. The above repayment schedule applies to the contracting authority taking out a loan in the maximum amount, i.e. PLN 8 000 000.00. In the event of liquidation of the WIBOR 1M rate, it will be converted, by agreement of the Parties, into a rate that will replace the WIBOR 1M rate, or into the rate closest in size and nature to the WIBOR 1M rate, without the costs charged to the Ordering Party. 12. The Contractor will charge interest on the amounts of credit actually used. Interest will be calculated on the actual number of days of use of the loan, assuming that the year equals the actual number of days 365 or 366, from the date of indebtedness due to the loan granted up to and including the day before its repayment. 13. Legal security for repayment of the loan will be a blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration. The Ordering Party agrees to the countersignature of the Treasurer on the promissory note, promissory note declaration and loan agreement. 14. The Contractor will not charge or charge any commissions or fees 15. The interest rate on loan instalments not repaid on time will be calculated in the amount specified for statutory interest. 16. The provisions in the contract may not modify or strengthen the terms and conditions set out in this Terms and Conditions. 17. Borrowing and repayment of the loan will take place in Polish zlotys (PLN), and in the case of Poland's entry into the EURO zone, the loan will be converted without additional fees. 18. Tactics

When contracts were awarded in this country and sector, usually only one or two bids came in. A solid bid has a real chance here. (Based on 3,095 completed awards — not a statement about this procedure.)

This procedure allows 35 days between publication and deadline — typical in this country is 18 (median of 9,435 procedures). Much more generous than usual — time for a thorough bid rather than a quick one.

The deadline falls on a Monday — your last full working day is the Friday before. Have evidence and guarantees together by Thursday.

Foreign bidders

In Poland · Financial & insurance services, 83 contracts went to foreign companies over the last 3 years (of 16,308 recorded awards) — mostly from France, Germany, Bulgaria.

Submission language: Polish.

Measured from linked award data; foreign winners bidding through a local subsidiary count as domestic — the true share is higher.
